What is an iPhone widget?

iPhone displays show little rounded-square icons for all of your apps, with occasional notifications appearing out of the upper-right corner. You can now customize these app icons by creating  widgets for your home screen.   (Note: You must have iOS14 or later to use widgets.)

How do I add WVU widgets to my home screen?
